Pecan, Almond and Orange Biscotti…
I have eaten these but not made them before as I always thought they must be difficult. Turns out I was wrong; so easy to make!
I have taken the basic recipe, reduced the sugar content and added my own flavours. Adding a very small amount of golden caster sugar or demerara to the top before baking more than makes up for the lower sugar content. This is such a lovely crunchy, nutty biscuit that I will definitely add this one to my list of regular bakes…
These Crumbly Peanut Butter Cookies have a real nice sweet and salty taste and we will certainly be having them again sometime soon. They are real easy to make and take very little time...

Quick and easy biscuits when you need a plate to share…
These little tasty treats are a great snack and are super flavourful. Crispy and delicious. The coconut gives a great texture and who doesn’t like chocolate!
Why not give them a go…
The Easiest Biscuit of All…
Three ingredients, chill time and 15 mins in the oven. Sweet and light, golden and deliciously crispy.
Go on, you know you want to try them…

Linzer cookies are a new bake for me and I’m so glad to have tried them. The combination of flavours are real good and they have a lovely light and crisp texture too. I do hope you bake these one day …

I have seen cakes made with sprinkles but not biscuits and thought it might be fun to try. Here’s how they turned out…

Well, as if choc chip cookies aren’t nice enough already, lets fill them with something delicious too. Marshmallow, Peanut Butter or Terry’s Chocolate Orange pieces were my choices but my YouTube friends have given me such a great selection of ideas as well that I had to try them all. It was a fun baking session as I tried each one. My favourite has got to be the pecan nut paste, it adds such a lovely nutty flavour to the cookie.

We used to have these when we were children. The traditional ones were vanilla, round and had buttercream and raspberry jam sandwiched between them. They were rather large and a real treat for Saturday tea-time. These days you can find a variety of flavours. These little beauties are chocolate & vanilla and are a good opportunity for me to practise my piping skills…
